Operations: Safely and efficiently operate industrial bakery equipment (mixers, proofers, ovens).
Hygiene: Maintain a pristine workspace in strict accordance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
Inventory: Monitor stock levels and assist with the ordering of ingredients and supplies.
Innovation: Collaborate with the team to develop and test new, creative bakery items.
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
