About the Role
Are you passionate about great coffee and delivering exceptional customer experiences? We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Barista / Café Steward to join our team and create memorable café moments for every guest.
Key Responsibilities
Beverage Preparation
• Craft high-quality espresso beverages including lattes, cappuccinos, flat whites, pour-overs, and cold brews
• Follow standardized recipes and company guidelines to ensure consistency and quality
Food Preparation & Service
• Prepare and assemble fresh café food items such as sandwiches, bagels, salads, pastries, and snacks
• Maintain presentation standards for all served items
Customer Experience
• Deliver warm, friendly, and efficient customer service
• Take orders and process payments using POS systems
• Engage with customers to create a welcoming café environment
Operations & Hygiene
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the café
• Follow food safety and sanitation practices
• Assist with daily opening and closing duties
Inventory & Online Orders
• Support stocking and inventory monitoring
• Handle online orders (Swiggy, Zomato) and ensure smooth processing and dispatch as per defined procedures
Candidate Profile
• 1–4 years of experience as a barista, waiter, or kitchen steward preferred
• Freshers with strong interest and willingness to learn are welcome to apply
• Familiarity with espresso machines and basic food preparation
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices (HACCP/Food Handler certification is a plus)
• Friendly personality with strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods
