Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic sales professional to drive B2B and HORECA growth for our premium dessert portfolio. This role offers end-to-end ownership of the sales cycle—from lead generation and pitching to negotiation and deal closure.
You will work closely with corporate clients, hotels, cafés, and restaurants, contributing directly to the expansion of a fast-growing, founder-led premium food brand.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, industry events, referrals, and platforms like ZoomInfo/Apollo
• Conduct outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and in-person meetings
• Deliver compelling product presentations and proposals
• Negotiate commercials and close high-value deals
• Build long-term client relationships and ensure seamless onboarding
• Track pipeline, revenue, and performance using Excel/CRM tools
• Leverage AI tools (where applicable) for smarter outreach and follow-ups
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Candidate Profile
• 5+ years of sales or business development experience in the FMCG food industry (mandatory)
• Strong network within corporate and HORECA segments
• Hands-on experience with lead generation platforms and tools
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strong Excel and reporting capabilities
• Bonus: Experience with AI-driven sales automation tools
