I have been a regular customer and had advocated this brand to multiple folks due to the quality and unique flavours. However, couple of misses this time.
1. I had asked for a specific message, red car and number of years to be put on the cake which was missed despite sending WhatsApp message.
2. Cake taste wasn't good. None of the kids and elders liked this. Cake did not felt fresh.
Hopefully brand owners would review feedbacks posted and consider areas for improvement. Building a brand is challenging, but it's far easier to damage it.
There was hair in my cake. What kind of guidelines you guys follow?
Despite my complaint through a phone call, there has been no update or resolution.

Beautifully presented, tastefully crafted and deliciously baked. This was a very positive experience, with every biteful! Thank you for making it egg free etc. The online ordering and delivery was very efficient. Great job, and even on a busy day like Christmas, they delivered.
Delicious and perfect cake. My only suggestion would be to add eggs. At least provide us an option to chose with eggs. Eggs are nutritious and tasty too.
