Gluten-free Flour: We use an exciting mix of Brown Rice flour, Amaranth and Lentil gram flour.
Refined Sugar-free Sweetener: We use chemical-free organic jaggery or (dates on request).

Taste was very close to the usual cupcakes with refined sugar and sugar frosting while I chose the sweetener to be date syrup.
Delicious chocolate frosting on the cupcake. Cake itself tastes a bit salty though but tastes good nonetheless.
