This was my first experience ordering a gluten free, sugar free cake for a team get together. Everyone was amazed by the taste and texture. The sweetness from jaggery is just right and doesn't overwhelm you like other usual cream cakes.
It's been more than 6 months since i gave up dairy and sugar and cakes were simply by-gone. Buying this choclate fudge cake from Crave was a concession to celebrate my BILs birthday (he's triple allergic to gluten,dairy and sugar). My first thoughts were- this is going to be a downgrade for a cake. Boy was i happy to be proven wrong! It was by far the best, densest, fudgiest and flavourful cakes I've ever had. The sweetness was just right so we could go for seconds. It was pure delight. Thank you!
