Baked with a nutritious blend of brown rice, gram, and amaranth flours, it's healthy yet a yummy treat due to dark chocolate and natural dates/jaggery satisfaction. Creaminess comes from coconut and topping of dark chocolate ganache with toasted almonds gives it a crunchy-soft texture.

While our cakes and cupcakes are delectable, they may contain inedible supports like dowels, toothpicks, wooden skewers, and food-grade wire. These elements are necessary to maintain the décor in place during transportation, especially for cakes featuring standing figurines, fondant flowers, toppers, and tiered structures.

How big are your cakes?

The majority of our cakes, including custom designs, have a 6" diameter, up to 2 kg, depending on the design. Our standard 1/2 kg, 1 kg, and 1.5 kg cakes are all 6" in diameter. We favor tall cakes for their elegant appearance.
