Refund policy

Due to the nature of the product, we do not offer returns or refunds. However, we will be glad to replace any item that has been damaged due to errors from our side or if they are damaged during deliveries done by our staff. 

Any External Deliveries organised by the customer do not qualify for returns for the safety reasons.

Cancellations: We cannot accept cancellations 24 hours prior to the delivery date due to the nature of the product.
