Dates/organic jaggery add natural sweetness, and cocoa and a touch of coffee give it a rich, roasted edge. A combination of brown rice, gram, and amaranth flours gives the crumb a soft texture with a hint of bite, and each slice is topped with dark chocolate ganache with a splash of gold glitter.

How big are your cakes?

The majority of our cakes, including custom designs, have a 6" diameter, up to 2 kg, depending on the design. Our standard 1/2 kg, 1 kg, and 1.5 kg cakes are all 6" in diameter. We favor tall cakes for their elegant appearance.
