This delicious pie originated in England. This is our take on it, inspired by Mediterranean flavours. It is a delicious and tummy satisfying dish with a buttery and flaky crust, filled with spiced chick peas, bell peppers, carrots, zucchini , slow cooked in a broth and spiced with garlic and oregano. All this goodness is topped with some irresistible buttery mashed potato and baked to make a perfect dinner for you and you family. Goes well with a bowl of salad and garlic bread.
Storage Instructions: Best had the same day otherwise keep refrigerated and consume within 2 days. Store it in an airtight container to maintain the freshness. Heat in the oven, microwave or pan and enjoy.
