This would be a minimum 3Kg 2 tier vanilla choco noir cake covered in buttercream with decor elements in fondant, the top ball arch will be similar and provided separately with lesser balls in the arch. 
top tier- pastel pink 
botom tier- off white 
balloons and balls to be in- pastel pink, white and gold
