First of all, this cake is not pink as described. I would not recommend this cake to anyone. It was very dry and completely lacked the moisture that even a regular pastry would have. The cream layer was extremely thin, just enough to cover the cake’s color, but not sufficient to enhance the taste. A little more cream would have at least made it easier and more enjoyable to eat.
