Disappointing Delivery Experience on Son’s Birthday Cake-
We’ve been loyal customers for the past four years and have always chosen your cakes for our son’s birthday celebrations. Unfortunately, this year’s experience was deeply disappointing and not up to the standards we’ve come to expect from your service.
The cake was delivered in a wet and damaged box, which was extremely disheartening given the occasion. I reported the issue promptly through your WhatsApp number with images the same evening, but no action was taken neither we received a call next day which added to our frustration.
The delivery was made on a two-wheeler, and the delivery person mentioned that cars splashed water on the box during transit. It’s unfortunate that such an important order was handled this way, especially for a premium service we trusted.
We’ve valued our relationship with your team over the years which is why this experience was particularly disappointing.
