Delivery didn't handle the cake well

The cake was poorly handled during delivery. The cake hit the sides of the box and spoiled the visual representation of the cake. The cake was tasty. A little dense compared to a regular cake and tasted more like a black forest style cake than a Tiramisu.

Pathetic Cake

It was the first time that we were terribly disappointed with the Gluten Free cake ordered. it was no where close to tiramisu, cream - filling wasn't layered properly. It felt like we are eating a dry cake. Worst Experience!
