The calzone originated in Naples. This is our take on a Calzone, Mexican flavour inspired, with a buttery, crumbly tart, filled with bell peppers, jalapeños, baby corn, tangy tomatoes, spiced with oregano and chilli flakes. A perfect dish to share with your family or friends, with some salad on the side.
