Very bad experience

Cake was not upto the mark. Both in design and taste. It was too sweet when I had specifically mentioned it needs to be less. Delivery was more than 1.5 hrs late and everybody was kept waiting. Customer service is pathetic too. No proper information or response. Definitely not recommending or coming back!
