Quiche - Assorted Savoury (box of 6)

Hi, this is my second time ordering from Crave by Leena, and this time it was assorted Quiche. I’m honestly very disappointed with the experience.

The quiches were ice-cold on arrival, not just chilled, but almost frozen. Even the box felt like it had come straight out of a freezer. The delivery window was 6–9 pm, and I received the order at 8:51 pm, just minutes before closing time. There were no instructions provided on what I was supposed to do with the quiches, and I genuinely don’t understand why a product that should be freshly baked was nearly frozen.

Because they were so cold, I had to microwave them. The moment I tried to pick them up, they fell apart completely. From the texture and appearance, it honestly seemed like these quiches were baked earlier, frozen, and then simply placed into the box and sent out. If I’m mistaken, I’d appreciate an explanation as to why they were in this condition.

Also, one quiche was noticeably smaller than the others, which makes the value feel even worse. Paying almost ₹1000 for six quiches in this state is extremely disappointing.

I gave your service another chance thinking my first experience might have been an exception, but this second order was no better. Please take this seriously, customers are paying a premium for quality, and this is not acceptable.

After going vegan, I was so glad to taste this vegan quiche! Both the spinach and mushroom varieties are well made and delightful 🙂

Nice to have a vegan version of this baked item that I have long missed
