Our chocolate walnut fudge cake is so satisfying that you won’t believe it’s free of refined sugar and gluten. Organic jaggery/dates provide a natural sweetness that isn't overbearing, while roasted cocoa and a little coffee add a deep flavor. Gluten-free flours give the crumb a substantial texture and the final touch? It’s creamy from coconut milk, crunchy from toasted walnuts, and smooth from dark chocolate ganache.
Tasting notes: Roasted cocoa and coffee, jaggery/dates sweetness, coconut creaminess, earthy crumb, and a toasty walnut finish.
Ingredients: Cocoa powder, soy milk, coffee powder, dark chocolate, coconut cream, walnuts

Sweetener used: Organic jaggery or dates, as per your selection

Is every element in your cake edible?
While our cakes and cupcakes are delectable, they may contain inedible supports like dowels, toothpicks, wooden skewers, and food-grade wire. These elements are necessary to maintain the décor in place during transportation, especially for cakes featuring standing figurines, fondant flowers, toppers, and tiered structures.
How big are your cakes?
The majority of our cakes, including custom designs, have a 6" diameter, up to 2 kg, depending on the design. Our standard 1/2 kg, 1 kg, and 1.5 kg cakes are all 6" in diameter. We favor tall cakes for their elegant appearance.
I ordered the chocolate walnut cake (gluten free and refined sugar free) with jaggery. My previous experience with using dates rather than jaggery wasn't good as many felt it wasn't sweet enough.
This cake was good and well received. The chocolate flavours could have been more enhanced and hence a 4/5 .
