    How far in advance should I place my order?

    All our cakes are made fresh to order. We recommend placing your order at least 2 hours in advance for standard cakes, and 1 day for fully custom celebration cakes. For corporate and bulk orders, please contact us at least one week ahead.

    Does it actually taste different because it's plant-based?

    No — and that's the whole point. Our recipes are developed to match or exceed the texture and flavour of conventional patisserie. 75% of our customers aren't vegan. The food wins them over before the philosophy does.

    What is the sugar-free collection sweetened with?

    Our sugar-free range is sweetened with Maltitol — a sugar alcohol that keeps blood sugar stable without compromising taste or texture. No aftertaste. No compromise. It's a genuine option for those with dietary needs, not a watered-down alternative.

    Can I customise the design or flavour?

    Yes. All celebration cakes are fully customisable — theme, flavour, size, and decoration. Share your brief with us via the custom order form or on WhatsApp, and our team will work with you on the details.
