This would be a White and Black and Chocolate truffle cake covered with Chocolate ganache and royal blue buttercream. The top most tier would be White N Black flavour covered with black chocolate ganache and the bottom most tier would be Chocolate truffle covered with royal blue buttercream. The decors would include edible print, dummy basket ball with fondant strip on the wall of the cake.
